Strong Components The hat features several strong components, including beefy nylon tubular webbing with a 4,000 lbs breaking point, KAVU d-ring adjustment, five 43-stitch bar tacks, a tough polyurethane bill, a heat laminated underbill, and a four-panel design secured with 1" grosgrain covered internal seams.   

Functional Design The hat has a slight curved bill for sun protection, a black underbill to reduce glare, and patterned nylon tubular webbing with KAVU adjustment for a customized fit.
